It is with great regret that Kells MCRC has to announce that due to circumstances beyond our control the 2012 Adelaide International Kells Road Races will not now take place. The Rally Round Kells Festival which was organised for Race Weekend has also been cancelled.

It has been one of the most difficult decisions the club has had to make since it was set up in 1992.

As everyone is aware due to the atrocious weather in 2010 and 2011 the club suffered significant financial loss. We intend spending the next 12 months fundraising to clear our outstanding bills and our intention is to come back in 2013 bigger and better. We would like to thank our creditors for their patience and understanding and with us all working together we will get Kells MCRC back on track. We would ask all race fans to support us over the coming months.

We would like to thank most sincerely our loyal sponsors in particular Adelaide Insurance Services, Kells Town Council, Meath Co. Council, Meath Tourism and Meath Partnership . Their Financial Help and Encouragement has been invaluable to the club and event.

Our Club will be working tirelessly to ensure that 2013 sees the return of our event and we look forward to welcoming you all back to Kells in July 2013.
