Clerk of Course has now returned.
Advised that there are damp patches all round the course and that the wind is still strong. It has cleared at present but it looks like more rain to come. Bikes getting ready to go again.

Red flags now as the riders have signalled to the Clerk of the Course that visibility is really bad out on course.

Michael Dunlop says that it is terrible at Tournagrough as the rain continues to fall.
