Watched the programme about McG on itv4 last night. The mans love for the TT really stood out. Also his respect for all other riders and talking about his heroes when he's a hero to so many was nice to see. The man is a true legend. If anyone didn't see it catch it on itv iplayer. It's well worth seeing.

yip saw it too, but when he said he doesnt care how many he wins or if he wins anymore found it hard to believe, because honda will always give him very top of range of bikes to beat joeys record. believe me or not but thats what they are after,god if joey was getting full factory bikes, god do not know how many tt wins he would have had, and yes he does have a love for the tt..

If John does go on to beat Joey's record and Joey was still with us I am sure Joey would be the first to shake his hand and genuinely say well done, he was just that kind of gentleman, sure he would be sorry to see his record go but he would be happy for John at the same time.
