Update on Stephen McKeever

hi everyone tony here again with more updates just left the hospital stephen has now moved to normal ward
(thank god ) and doing fine hopefully have his body support fitted tomorrow so eveything going as planned . i had the oppertunity tonight to thanks the marshall who called a red flag at tanderagee on the day of stephens crash what an emotional moment that was ? how do you thank a guy that is part of the team that saves your sons life thank you never seemed enough ! but after a few tears i got to say thank you that just leaves the doctors and medical staff to thank. i will keep ya updated if any further developements .

Being a fan of this sport is a just like being on a roller coaster. The thrill at actual races (too few for me as I live in Sweden and only been over a few times) and the devastating news we sadly get from time to time when the worst becomes a fact.

Having no idea who Stephen McKeever is, my heart still fills with joy to read that he's well on the mend.

I have just found out about this Tony, so sorry to hear about Stephen but I'm so glad that he seems to be on the mend.

I remember Stephen really well when I was his Cub Scout leader, he was always there with a wee cheeky grin on his face, never a bad lad, he is a credit to both you and Geraldine.

I hope everything works out for all of you & let him know both Tricia & myself are thinking about all of you.

hi folks tony here AGAIN just to keep you updated about stephens recovery he got surgery on his left foot last night and all went well its now 17.11 pm and he is still in surgery for his spine hopefully things will go great and he will be up and a bout soon enough thanks for all the good wishes ...... speak soon t
